About Fox Project Management
Your trusted aluminium joinery specialists, proudly servicing Auckland’s North Shore and wider Auckland.
Who We Are
Fox Project Management (FPM) is a specialist aluminium joinery company servicing Auckland’s North Shore and the wider Auckland region. We supply and install quality aluminium windows, doors, ranch sliders, double glazing and replacement joinery for both residential and commercial properties.
We deliver custom aluminium window and door solutions designed around your home, renovation, or commercial build. No two homes are the same, so we don’t use fixed pricing — instead we assess your requirements and provide a tailored quote based on what you actually need.
From single window replacements in character North Shore villas through to full commercial fit-outs, our focus is always the same: quality workmanship, honest advice, and joinery built to last in New Zealand conditions.
What We Stand For
The values that guide every project we take on.
Quality Workmanship
We don’t cut corners. Every installation is done properly, by experienced installers who take pride in their work.
Honest Advice
We tell you what you actually need — not just what costs the most. If inserts are better value than full replacement, we’ll say so.
Reliable Delivery
We turn up when we say we will, keep you informed, and complete projects with minimal disruption to your home.
Local Knowledge
We know the North Shore — its homes, its coastal conditions, and which joinery solutions work best where.

Free site visits and quotes with no obligation. We’re here to help you make the right decision for your property.
Built to Last
We use quality aluminium joinery systems and proper installation methods — built for New Zealand conditions.
